Donald Sloane, President and C.E.O. of Miller's Surplus was selected to receive the 2003 Carhartt Retailer of the Year.

The award is given annually to recognize a company that has demonstrated involment and made significant contributions in the promotion of Carhartt. Mr. Sloane's experience in the retail industry and his commitment to Carhartt and his service to the Tucson community made him the ideal recipient for this award, said Carhartt Western Regional Director, Gary Smith.
